Volunteer
Volunteering at Endeavor is more than a donation of time and skills, it allows individuals to become part of the Endeavor family. Volunteers are the lifeblood of Endeavor.
Each and every volunteer makes it possible to take our mission from a simple dream to a reality.
Whatever is your interest or your talent that you are willing to share with us is, we will put it to good use!
We look forward to seeing you at the farm!

Volunteer of the Month
Evan Pepper
We are proud to honor Evan Pepper as our Volunteer of the Month!
Four years ago, Evan first connected with Endeavor when she competed in our CEO Benefit Horse Show. After learning more about our mission, she felt immediately called to get involved, inspired by her own experience of how horses can help heal both physical and emotional challenges.
Evan cherishes being part of a community united by a shared passion for helping others and witnessing the powerful impact of this work. She holds a special place in her heart for SPUD—simply put, he’s irresistible!
One particularly meaningful moment came after weeks of working with a young participant who one day looked at her and asked her name—a simple yet profound sign of trust and connection.
Evan serves as Secretary of our Board of Directors and volunteers wherever needed—supporting the office, assisting in Equine-Assisted Learning sessions, and stepping in without hesitation. We’re also hearing she may be working toward her PATH Intl. ESMHL certification!
We are deeply grateful for Evan’s compassion, leadership, and generous spirit.

“I have been a volunteer since Endeavor was located on Succabone Road, and there have been so many staff members that I have “figuratively” fallen in love with, but each and every staff member has been an awesome human being who sincerely care about making a difference to the students lives, and I am so happy to be a small part of those experiences. I always leave the lessons with a smile in my heart, knowing that I may have helped make a tiny difference in someone’s life.”
