Intern with Endeavor!

Internships at Endeavor entail of a variety of different activities to give interns a well-rounded perspective of the Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies industry. Interns can support our participants during our mounted program side-walking (walking next to the participant on the horse) and leading the horses in sessions. They can support our participants in our ground program helping with activities such as grooming, tacking, learning about different aspects of the horse world, horse care and much more. They can help around the farm and behind the scenes getting horses ready for program, mucking paddocks, cleaning stalls, making feed and helping with office work if needed. If interns have a special interest in helping with events there are opportunities for that as well!

Endeavor is honored to be included in service projects for special occasions and organizations! Past projects have included the creation of a sensory trail, farm maintenance like painting, new gardens, and building a new ramp. We have welcomed people completing service for corporate community service days, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, community service for school, and Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America. Have another idea? We’d love to hear about it! Please inquire here.
