Endeavor is honored to be included in service projects for special occasions and organizations, such as Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, community service for school, and Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America.

We ask volunteers under the age of 14 to submit the following:

  • Letter of intent
  • Letter of recommendation
  • A reference that Endeavor may contact if the volunteer is interested in working directly with horses

Volunteers under the age of 14 are welcome to volunteer in the following capacities:

 Barn Volunteer:

  • Help groom, tack up, lead, turn in/turn out horses
  • REQUIREMENT: interview with barn staff

Special Event Volunteer:

  • Organize a special event or fundraiser (i.e. kickboxing class; shopping day at a local store) with proceeds to benefit Endeavor. This is a fun, hands-on way to learn about non-profit organizations and event planning!
  • Help with the planning and organization of an upcoming special event at Endeavor – e.g., our annual Family Fun Day and Horse Show, Summer Cocktail Party, Endeavor Invitational, etc.

 Farm Project

  • Help repair, or create new items around the farm
  • Sensory trail work
